The batch fermentation concept vs. the CoRyFee concept. The primary fermentor is connected to two holding tanks in a parallel manner. The holding tanks allow for stirring and temperature control. A valve makes it possible to switch between the fillings of the holding tanks. All holding tanks are connected to a distillation column.
