Measurement of autophagic markers in the duck spleens and brains. The protein levels of LC3 and p62 in duck spleens (A) and duck brains (B) were analyzed by Western blot assay. The ratios of targeting proteins to β-actin were normalized to those in the saline group. Data are expressed as means ± standard deviations (n = 5).
