DOPG inhibited Pam3CSK4-induced inflammatory mediator expression in the macrophage cell line RAW264.7. RAW264.7 cells were treated with 0, 1, and 2.5 µM Pam3CSK4 (Pam) in the presence or absence of 50 or 100 µg/ml DOPG for 2 hours. RNA was then isolated, and the expression of the inflammatory mediators (A) IL1α, (B) IL1β, (C) IL6, and (D) TNFα was monitored by quantitative RT-PCR with GAPDH used as the housekeeping gene.
