DOPG had no effect on R848-induced NFκB activation in the macrophage cell line RAW264.7. (A) RAW264.7 cells were treated with or without 1 µg/ml R848 (Resiquimod) in the presence and absence of 100 µg/ml DOPG for 10 minutes. Cells were harvested and the phosphorylation (activation) status of NFκB determined using an antibody recognizing phosphoserine⁵³⁶ in comparison with total NFκB levels.
