(B) Shown is the density profile of three class A GPCRs: apelin receptor (ApelinR), angiotensin receptor (AT2R), and β2AR, as well as class F smoothened (SMO). The GPCRs shown here were chosen to showcase the different number and location of interaction sites as well as being from different subclasses of the GPCR family (peptide, aminergic, and frizzled receptors, respectively). The complete analysis is given in Fig. S4. Density profiles are divided into an upper and lower profile corresponding to the extracellular and intracellular side of the receptor, respectively.
