Inhibitory effect of DMSO extract from fermented Jabara on β-hex release from mast cells. IgE-sensitized mast cells (1.0 × 105 cells/well) were preincubated with each extract (200 μg/mL) at 37 °C for 15 min prior to 30 min stimulation with DNP-HSA. Results represent one trial.
