U-87 cells underwent a scraped wound and were then treated with different LnHS doses (0.5, 2.5, 5, 25 and 50 μg/mL). Cells were photographed immediately following the scratch (0 h), after 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 and 96 h. Untreated cells (ctrl), were used as a control.
