Multicycle phenotypic EC₅₀ assays of HIV-1 site-directed mutants containing TAM±M184V against TAF, TFV, AZT, FTC, and ABC. Multicycle antiviral assay in MT-2 cells with pXXLAI backbone viruses and 5-fold drug dilutions were incubated for 5 days, and then the cell viability was measured using a luciferase-based readout (CellTiterGlo).
