Log reduction in S. aureus UAMS-1 viable counts of an established 72-h biofilm following treatment with HT61 and vancomycin. HT61 consistently elicited a greater log reduction in CFU counts than vancomycin, demonstrating its potential as an antibiofilm agent. A higher value indicates a greater log reduction in CFU. n = 3.
