(A) The mRNA levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in AlCl3-induced PC12 cells treated with different concentrations of DDT for 48 h were detected by qPCR analysis. β-actin was an internal control. (B) The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax at the mRNA level is shown. (C) The levels of Bcl-2, Bax, cleaved caspase-3, and cleaved PARP in PC12 cells after 48 h of AlCl3 incubation and DDT treatment were detected by western blot analysis.
