DDT inhibits apoptotic-related signaling pathway induced by AlCl₃ in PC12 cells. (A) The mRNA levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in AlCl₃-induced PC12 cells treated with different concentrations of DDT for 48 h were detected by qPCR analysis. β-actin was an internal control. (B) The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax at the mRNA level is shown. (C) The levels of Bcl-2, Bax, cleaved caspase-3, and cleaved PARP in PC12 cells after 48 h of AlCl₃ incubation and DDT treatment were detected by western blot analysis. The relative expression of each protein was quantified based on normalization to GAPDH level and is shown on the right. Values are means ± standard derivation from three independent experiments.
