Clustering anchor dimensions of R-Bbox and C-Bbox. The k-means clustering was used to get the prior anchors. As in [24], the IoU was adopted instead of the Euclidean distance as the evaluation metric. As indicated by the dotted vertical line, nine clusters were adopted as the prior anchors, and were then divided into three parts and assigned to each of the three scales for detection.
