Skin cells/Modules employing several sensors need one event generator ${\mathrm{EG}}_l$ per sensor ${\mathrm{S}}_l$; to reduce the overhead of sending an event packet for each sensor of a skin cell, the skin cell can stack events ${\mathbf{e}}_{i_l}$ occurring at the same time $t_{{\mathrm{K}}_{i_1}}=\cdots =t_{{\mathrm{K}}_{i_l}}$ into one skin cell event packet ${\mathbf{e}}_i$; the skin cell event packet contains the skin cell $\mathit{ID}$ to identify the module, a mask to identify the sensor, and the sensor values $x_l\left(t_{{\mathrm{K}}_{i_l}}\right)$ of the events ${\mathbf{e}}_{i_l}$.
