Plasma exosomes derived from MBC patient, but not from healthy donors, inhibit T-cell proliferation. (A) CFSE-labeled PBMCs isolated from healthy donors were pretreated for 24 hours without or with plasma-derived exosomes and stimulated or not for 72 hours with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28. The representative CFSE histograms show the fraction of proliferative CD3 + T cells in unstimulated PBMCs (left panels) and stimulated PBMCs (right panels), treated or not with donor-derived or patient derived exosomes, at two different concentrations (1:2 and 1:100).
