Plasma exosomes are preferentially internalized by monocytes. (A) DiD-labelled exosomes were incubated with PBMCs for 5 hours (upper panels) or 24 hours (lower panels) and the uptake by CD14 + monocytes, and CD3 + T cells was measured by flow cytometric analysis.
