After exposure of C57Bl/6 male mice to cigarette smoke and treatment with Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr), the mRNA expression for TLR2 (7A), TLR4 (7B) and TLR9 (7C) in lung tissue of control, COPD and Lr + COPD groups was evaluated through Real Time-PCR. The values were normalized by the GAPDH expression and expressed by arbitrary units. Each bar represents mean ± SEM from 7 different animals. The experiments were performed in triplicate. Results were considered significant when p < 0.05.
