Fig 2. Phylogenetic trees based on 16S rRNA (a) and gyrB (b) sequences of different strains. The trees were constructed using the neighborjoining (NJ) algorithm in MEGA 7.0. Confidence for the tree topology was estimated using the bootstrap values based on 1000 replicates. Scale bar = 0.05 (or 0.02) substitutions per nucleotide position. The estimated genetic distance between sequences is proportional to the lengths of the horizontal lines connecting one sequence to another.
