Green indicates higher abundance pathways, yellow and gray indicate lower abundance pathways, and blue indicates pathways with 0 mapped unigenes. + designates upregulated unigenes, - indicates downregulated unigenes, GB = Schizaphis graminum, and YSA = Sipha flava.
