Confirmation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) complementation strain of colistin-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAb). (A) LPS complementation strain colony formation. ATCC 19606 (WT), CRAb-5, CRAb-LPS, and CRAb-mock were streaked on LB agar plates, cultured at 37°C for 18 h to confirm colony formation. LPS was purified from colonies.
