A potential regulatory network that explains how a DNA damage signal propagates through Rad53 and subsequently Hof1 to regulate the cell cycle. Note that Rad53 may also act through septin phosphorylation according to work in S. cerevisiae and Rad4/23 may act to depress signal transduction either downstream of Rad53 or of Rad53 itself.
