Stimulation with LPS or Mtb lysate induced a glycolytic shift in primary human macrophages. M2 macrophages were stimulated with medium (white circles), Mtb lysate (10 µg/ml; black circles) or LPS (100 ng/ml; grey circles) for 24 h.
