Relative expression of differentiation markers of unselected and selected (Stro-4+) cells in monolayer and micromass cultures for 21 days. Expression of osteogenic (A–B), adipogenic (C) and chondrogenic (D–F) markers was analysed by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
