KPNA2 is a target of miR-144-3p. a qRT-PCR and b, c Western blot were conducted to determine miR-144-3p and KPNA2 levels in breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-157 and human normal breast epithelial cell line MCF 10A, respectively. d RIP and e dual-luciferase reporter assay were carried out for validation of the combination between miR-144-3p and KPNA2, and f their potential targeted binding sites were predicted by a bioinformatics database.
