Indirect immunofluorescence of fixed CHO cells with a 1/200 dilution of pre-immune rabbit serum (A), a 1/200 dilution of anti-MNK polyclonal antibodies (B) and a 1/2000 dilution of anti-Man II antibodies (C). Both (B) and (C) show a similar distinct pattern of perinuclear fluorescence. The signal intensity in (B) is much lower than in (C) and reflects the lower abundance of MNK relative to mannosidase.
