Results of average and variance of accuracy (left) and RMSD (right) in copy numbers in each cell component (inferred clone). In this analysis, we compared a diploid cell matrix with all entries equal to 2 to the true cells in all the replicates to get the average and the variance of the all-diploid baseline solution. The results show that copy numbers are predominantly diploid in all clones, although with some variance. The black dashed line indicates the overall average value among all clones. Each colored box indicates one cell component. The Y-axis shows the accuracy or RMSD, respectively.
