The effect of TSL-1 in NSCLC cells on cell-cycle-related molecules. The alterations of (A) cyclin D1, (B) CDK4, and (C) P27 after TSL-1 treatment (0.5 and 1 mg/mL) for 24 h were assessed using Western blotting. All bands present in the different panels are the typical picture as a representative one. The data are presented as mean ± SD from 3 different experiments. ∗P < 0.05; ∗∗P < 0.01 represents the level of significance differences between control and TSL-1 treatments.
