Bcl-2 families of proteins are involved in TSL-1–induced apoptosis. Expression of Bcl-2 family proteins, H441, H520, and H661 cells were treated with 0.5 or 1 mg/mL of TSL-1 for 24 h. All proteins were extracted, and the levels of Bcl-2 and Bax expression were analyzed using Western blotting.
