Effect of thymol on splenocyte proliferation. An amount of 1 × 106 cells were seeded in each well and stimulated by different concentration of thymol (50, 100 and 150 μM) for 72 h. PBS was treated as a negetive control and concanavalin A used was positive control for the test. Proliferation of cell was determined by MTT assay. Results are depicted as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM).
