Identification of drug-resistant cell lines. (A and B) MTT assay was used to examine cell activity (A) and the 50% inhibition concentration (IC₅₀) values (B) of MGC803/DDP and MGC803 cell lines. (C and D) DDP resistance (C) and cell proliferation ability (D) between MGC803/DDP cells and MGC803 cells was evaluated via colony formation assay. (E and F) DDP resistance (E) and cell apoptosis rates (F) were examined in MGC803/DDP and MGC803 cells via flow cytometry assay.
