FRAP movies. Recovery of eGFP-K19 fluorescence was measured for mesendoderm explants expressing mCherry-R18M (Movie A) and mCherry-R18 (Movie B). Photobleaching was performed using the 488 laser at 100% power in the area indicated by the ROI box for 120 seconds. Images were taken every 10 seconds after photobleaching (330 seconds total).
