STC2 attenuated MSC apoptosis induced by BALF. (A) MSCs were exposed to BALF obtained from ALI mice (n=10) was added for 24 h. MSC was then stained with annexin V and PI and analyzed by ﬂow cytometry; (B) CFSE-labeled MSC was intranasally instilled in mice, and the BALF was acquired at 24 and 48 h. The BALF was stained with PI, then the PI-positive percentage on CFSE positive cells was analyzed by ﬂow cytometry. Data are shown as mean ± SD (n=5). **, P<0.01. NS, no significant.
