Morusin affects mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways in RCC cell lines. (A) Cells treated with morusin for different incubation times were collected and detected by western blotting using p38, JNK, and ERK antibodies and phosphorylated antibodies. (B) SB203580 pretreatment inhibited the morusin-induced p38 phosphorylation detected by western blotting and cell proliferation by CCK-8 assays.
