Schematic illustration of a CD4+ memory T cell immune-related miRNAa regulatory network associated with PC gemcitabine resistance. In gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cells, hsa-miR-485-3p, hsa-miR-574-5p, and hsa-miR-584-5p were up-regulated, served as activators of gene expression according to miRNAa hypothesis, promoted the expression of seven targeted mRNAs, including MSI2, TEAD1, GNPDA1, RND3, PRKACB, TRIM68, and YKT6. Complicatedly, MSI2, TEAD1, GNPDA1, RND3, PRKACB, and TRIM68 increased the fractions of CD4+ memory T cells, while YKT6 suppressed them.
