MiR-330-5p functioned as a tumor repressor of OC cells by negatively targeting KLK4. The transfection of miR-NC, miR-330-5p, miR-330-5p+pcDNA or miR-330-5p+KLK4 was executed in A2780 and SKOV3 cells. (A) KLK4 protein expression was assayed by Western blotting in transfected OC cells. (B, C) Cell viability was determined by CCK-8 assay.
