The Gfrt IC50 for wild-type strains PVO.4, BaL.01, ZM109, and CAP45 are 0.2 ± 0.09, 0.26 ± 0.08, 26.9 ± 6.2, and 0.54 ± 0.24 nM (standard error), respectively.
Mean is the average of triplicate data replicated a minimum of three times. A plus sign indicates that Grft inhibits the wild-type virus better than the mutant virus. A minus sign indicates that Grft inhibits the wild-type virus less well than the mutant virus (the mutant is more sensitive to Grft).
P values were determined by an analysis of variance with the Bonferroni correction.
