Mean is the average of triplicate data replicated a minimum of three times. A plus sign indicates that Grft inhibits the wild-type virus better than the mutant virus. A minus sign indicates that Grft inhibits the wild-type virus less well than the mutant virus (the mutant is more sensitive to Grft).
