Muse Annexin V Cell Assay and Phospho-Histone H2AX (Ser139) Western Blotting for AGS, NCI-N87 [N87], HGC-27 and KATO III human gastric cancer cell lines assessed after 48 h of 100 µg/ml Ram and/or 1 nM PTX treatment. Apoptosis results deriving from three independent experiments were expressed as means ± SD and reported in the graphs.
