Ramucirumab and Paclitaxel modulate the cell expression of VEGFA and VEGFR2 and the VEGFA medium levels. (a) A representative Western Blotting image of VEGFA and VEGFR2 expression is presented. the analysis was performed after 48 h of 100 µg/ml Ram and/or 1 nM PTX treatments in HGC-27, AGS, NCI-N87 [N87] and KATO III cells. (b) VEGFA levels in the cell culture medium were measured 48 h after each drug treatment and the respective values divided by the number of viable cells are reported in the graphs.
