Effects of Ramucirumab and/or Paclitaxel on MAPK and PI3K/Akt signaling in gastric cancer cell lines. The expression of main molecules at the cross-road of MAPK and PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathways was analyzed by Western Blotting after 48 h of 100 µg/ml Ram and/or 1 nM Paclitaxel treatments in AGS and KATO III cells. Three independent experiments were performed and a representative Western Blotting result is shown.
