Surgical diagrams of arthroscopic anatomical repair of anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL). (A) The intact ATFL was avulsed from the fibula. (B) The bone of the fibula footprint was freshened using a Pituitary Rongeur or 1.0 mm Kirschner wire drill.
