Joint probabilities are based on modelling estimations so the total probability does not add exactly to 100%

Conditional probabilities are based on modelling estimations. For DM given PTS, the rows add to approximately 100%, while for PTS given DM, columns add to approximately 100%. This is also the case for the conditional probabilities for DM and PI

Probabilities for the association between PTS and PI trajectories are provided as supplementary material given they were similar to the probabilities for DM and PI trajectories
