Table 4.

Results of a mediation analysis investigating whether care coordination mediates the relationship between team dynamics and safety culture in primary care, all respondents and by role on the primary care team

All results were adjusted for gender, practice site (hospital based versus community based). For the analyses for the attending clinicians and other patient-fronting providers, results were also adjusted for age and race/ethnicity. Standard errors were also heteroskedasticity robust and clustered by primary care practice.

CI, confidence interval.
