The horizontal axis was the reads, and vertical axis showed the sequence of the template mRNA (NM_053768.2). A striped bar means a fragment mapped by a read or the whole read. If there are two or more reads that mapped the same fragment, two or more striped bars were showed behind. The reads derived from wild-type rat almost fully covered the template mRNA (A). However, the nucleotide segment from Exon 2, 3, and 4 (71–477 nt) was missing in Uox^−/− rat (B).
