SKP2 expression is upregulated in vivo in the Notch-induced T-ALL model. Lin cells from C57Bl/6 mice (CD45.2) were transduced with MSCV-GFP (Vector) or MSCV-ICN1-GFP (ICN) constructs. 2.5 × 104 ICN/GFP+ cells were transplanted into lethally irradiated BoyJ (CD45.1).
