1Norwegian White Sheep (NWS) was contrasted with different New Zealand sheep populations. Sheep populations from New Zealand are: Finn, Primera, Texel, “Other Dual Purpose” (DP), Lamb Supreme (LambSup), and “Other Terminal Sire” (TS). SNP with FST values greater than the average plus three standard deviations were selected.
