Predictions of different programs were first clustered together if they have reciprocal coordinate overlap of more than a defined threshold (default 80%). Then clusters supported by more than two methods were merged as one SV (A and Cluster 1 in B) respectively while the rest clusters supported by no more than two methods were discarded (Cluster 2 in B).
