Total drug plasma concentration of VRC from 193 patients with malignant hematologic disease in day 1, 4, 7, 10, 14 (n=240, 230, 214,142, 106 respectively). Ct, total drug concentration; Cmin, trough plasma concentration; Cmax, peak plasma concentration.
