Five different loci were targeted by CRISPR-Cas9 in human iPSCs along with two linear repair templates (ATP1A1 and a second locus of interest). After transfection cells were cultured in the presence or absence of digoxin selection, cells were collected and sequenced for TIDE(R) analysis. The percent population of INDELs and HDR events are shown.
