16 April 2020	New search has been performed	A search of the Cystic Fibrosis and Genetic Disorders Cystic Fibrosis Trials Register identified 28 references potentially eligible for inclusion in this review . Eight were additional references to already included studies (Braggion 1995; Davies 2012; McIlwaine 2013; Modi 2010a; Osman 2010; Pryor 2010). Three were additional references to already excluded studies (Cantin 2005; O'Neil 2017; Webber 1984). Three were additional references to two studies previously identified as ongoing, but included in this update (San Miguel Pagola 2016; Wheatley 2018). Three references to two new studies have been included (Dingemans 2018a; Patel 2013). 11 references to five newly excluded studies (Clinkscale 2012; Leemans 2018; NCT01923753; NCT03261219; Radtke 2018). We have added the Aerobika® (a hand‐held oscillating positive expiratory pressure device) to the list of eligible interventions.
