Chromosomal replication origins of Synechococcus sp. PCC 7002 WT and dnaA disruptants. Depth of the high-throughput genomic DNA reads at respective chromosomal regions in exponentially growing WT and ΔdnaA cells. Genomic DNA was extracted from cells 24 h after inoculation (Figure 4B) and analyzed using an Illumina MiSeq System.
