PF ameliorates H2O2-induced cytotoxicity in melanocytes. (A) Melanocytes were treated with different concentrations of PF for indicated times. Cell proliferation was determined by MTS assay. Melanocytes were pretreated with PF for 24 h (B) or 48h (C) and then exposed to 1.0 mM H2O2 for another 24 h. The cell viability was determined by MTS.
