To further investigate the mechanisms underlying the positive effects of miR-92a-3p on SCI progression, we screened the possible target genes for miR-92a-3p by TargetScan. (A) A possible binding site of miR-92a-3p was identified in the 3′-UTR of PTEN. (B) The dual-luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the association between PTEN and miR-92a-3p. **P<0.01 vs. Blank. (CE) We further measured the expressions of PTEN in BV-2 cells transfected with miR-92a-3p mimic by qRT-PCR and Western blot. Each value represents mean ± SD.
